I received the wrong artwork.
Whoops! We are human sometimes and can make mistakes like anyone. If you received the wrong artwork, email photos of the artwork to hello@figgums.com. Our friendly support team will send you a replacement for free!
I want to exchange my artwork for something else.
If you have a different issue with your artwork for any reason, please email hello@figgums.com and we’ll work out a solution together!
My artwork arrived damaged.
We are so sorry! Please email us photos of the damaged shipping box AND artwork so that we can file a report. We will send you a replacement immediately for free!
